I decided to make the tracks and sideframes as one solid piece with rapid prototyping. So it will be a static model with some moving parts. Yes it's plastic but it's very strong and the level of detail is very high. The crane can not ride but the sideframes with tracks looks great.

Because of the good results with the rapid prototyping i decided to make the most parts this way. So the counterweight , machinedeck and cab are all done by rapid prototyping.

I got a lot of reply s lately like : can you build me one ? , what is the price ? , when can you send me one ? . I am very sorry to say i don't know the answer to one of those questions at this moment. So don't be disappointed if i am not replying to emails with this sort of questions. Yes i have some plans to sell a few in the future. But i really don't know when this will be , or for what price , maybe as a kit or maybe as a complete model. The only way to find out is to check here for updates how things are going.
